Q Organizational Culture Describe the organizational culture at your workplace, or the culture at an organization you are familiar with. In writing your answer, think about what it is really like to work there and be a part of that organization; don’t stop at the espoused or published values only. Organizational culture is made up of rituals, stories, and routines. It is something you can “feel” within an organization (Bauer, & Erdogan, 2021). The organizational culture in my workplace is indeed superb because it’s a culture that gives room for team cohesion, decent dressing if you will have to show up in the workplace, pay and compensation, short and clear policy. The organization culture is the work that allows employees to work at their own convenient time what matters most is that all deadlines must be met, so it now depends on how you want to do your work. Although you might not be able to enjoy unlimited leave, if you can plan your program well you can have two days free in a week.
